Welcome to Keating Farm

Located in Cowichan Valley, British Columbia, our farm spans 27 acres and focuses on sustainable agriculture including maintaining heritage orchards. It’s home to a variety of animals, including honey bees, chickens, turkeys, sheep, and pigs. The farm features historic buildings, newly restored to their original beauty. We aim to produce high-quality, sustainable food through regenerative farming practices that are kinder to the earth.

Our small but mighty family runs our farm, and we’re deeply committed to community and environmental well-being. Our farming methods ensure soil health and high-quality crops, and our practices promote agritourism, which offers fun and educational experiences for visitors from all over the world. In the last seven years, we’ve restored historic buildings. We plan to open a farm-to-table brewery and cafe and provide additional accommodations, more dining experiences, and event hosting that reflect everything the Cowichan Valley offers.

Our Market

At Keating Farm, each product reflects our dedication to high-quality, sustainable food. We’re proud to offer heritage-breed meats, non-GMO eggs, wildflower honey, and cold-pressed juices from our orchards. Our farm stand represents what we do on a daily basis and connects the community to our fresh produce and products. The market is our way of sharing our commitment to farming with others.
